It is between the castle and the fortification of Vauban, nestled in a natural setting on the old salt road, close to Haguenau and Saint-Avold that the pretty table of the Logis Hôtel Au Lion d'Or awaits you.

It is a subtle, refined and quality cuisine giving pride of place to local products that will be served to you in the elegant setting of our gourmet restaurant. Here, the exceptional view of the castle and the Vosges forest will divinely accompany your most delicate dishes such as the boneless quail stuffed with foie gras and its dauphine potatoes with truffles or its yellow pollack steak and its beetroot gnocchi. A more traditional cuisine celebrating Alsatian regional specialties is offered in the warm and friendly space of the typical Alsatian winstub. You will not be able to resist the pâté en croûte of your host's grandfather, the bouchées à la reine and the snails à l'alsacienne... but you can also order dishes from the gourmet restaurant.
